So...yeah. it's been a while since i've posted a journal. I just want to thank everyone who's been friendly to me here on dA. You've all been helpful to me and have helped me grow as an artist. I can definitely tell the difference in my art. It's been three years, and the progress is slow, but I can see improvement. Anyways, for anyone who cares, I'm going to be doing several normal, mundane pieces of art over the next week. I've noticed that my digital art lacks proper color and tonality. I read somewhere that a great artist is shaped not by spending countless hours on a few good works of art, but does several pieces of art in order to hone the skills in. So what i'm getting at is every day for seven days I'm going to take some ordinary household items and color them. They'll probably really suck, so I'm just giving fair warning lol! But it needs to be done, so yay for improvement! yay for art! and if you actually read this i'm sorry lol!
